Multi-quote doesn't work.

That thing. Clicking it seems to do all of nothing. It is supposed to be a toggle (stays depressed when clicked) and you click as many as you want and then hit reply. Then every post you click on shows up quoted in your draft. Fix please

It did... maybe it was the last forum skin change that broke it? I don't remember. I know it hasn't worked for awhile but I finally bothered to post about it.
