Problem with Running the Map!

Hey guys,

I'm mld, Game Designer & Level Designer at indie company called DeadMage.

Because this is my first post, I want to thank you all for this amazing forum, I'm pretty excited about all these awesome people here. :woot:

I have a problem and I know it comes from my noobness in Hammer.
When I Click "Run Map" to test my level, TF2 will run, and it goes to main menu and it stops there, I mean its like I'm just running the TF2. Do I need to do something here?

Uncheck the "launch game after compile" option. Instead, load up tf2 normally and in the console type "map prefix_mapname" and your map will run. Or you can press on the + on the main menu and scroll through until you find your map.
