I don't know what's up with the optimization in this map, but it became clear during testing that it needs to be... uh... more. A lot of us weren't getting good framerates, which is really odd given the relative lack of detail.

Seriously though, you map seems to render twice, which you can see from this window, if you have mat_wireframe enabled, kinda acting like some sort of skybox.

I'm pretty sure you have a serious leak somewhere in your map, which hinders VIS in working properly, and causes the loss of FPS. Even though your map consists of small rooms and corridors, which should be easily optimised, even without use of hints/skip, you entire map renders at all time:

(The prop inside the red circle is a boxcar inside blu's spawn. I'm currently standing inside red's spawn)

Which also can be seen if you do a sticky jump at cp2:

Speaking of which, since there is no clipping here, you can escape the map:

You are even able to fall of the map completly, and enter the void, without using the noclip command:

You should never be able to do this in a properly sealed map, so this is a pretty clear indicator of your map having a leak.

Also some other small notes:

You might want to clip those beams off in this room, since it might be a pretty strong perch point. Especially since you are pretty mobile up here (can jump from beam to beam)
