So I found this little essay written recently by a guy formulating a new Python program for servers to know when teams need scrambling. A lot of it is pretty inapplicable to actual level design, but there are a few great graphs in there showing accumulated round time data over 70,000 rounds.

read some stuff about kill difference, ctrl f respa, nothing

either their server is instaspawn or they're silly and forgot about spawntime difference for teams

and without spawn difference plotting kills vs wins is silly

its 4 am tho and i only skimmed it so it might be me whos silly
