Working on a New CP Maps; what entities do I use?

I've taken a break from my older Koth map to begin working on a CP Map. It'll be an Attack/Defend map, one stage, probably with 3 points, similar to Gorge. However, I've looked at Tutorials, and I can't really find the entities I need to set it to the gamemode. Do I not even need any specifics ones? I can get locking/unlocking fine, and the Control Point entities aren't hard. However, what do I do to set a time limit, time added on point capture, or setup time? I couldn't find any of these crucial parts in the Developer Community site.

All the time details is done by the same entity, team_round_timer. Use I/O to add time on the fly, the rest is just keyvalues.
