here we go, if anyone would like to carry on my tug of war legacy, here is pl_effigy in the state that was submitted during the tale of 2 skill-sets contest.
If you are looking to make a tug-of-war map of your own, you are more than welcome to strip the entities from this map as other prefabs are mostly outdated (if at all functional).
this prefab is actually pretty advanced, you get bidirectional rollbacks, dynamic respawn time adjustments and dynamic cart speeds to prevent the stalematy nature of tug of war. you also get a a neutral cart outline, which is not even supposed to happen in tf2 because payload was never coded to support this. long story short, this is about as good as tug-of-war gets, look no further. The announcer might need some fine tuning tho but it is serviceable
