I have had several requests on how I made the gamemode used in dom_cliffhanger, so here is a small .vmf showcasing all the logic used to create it.

Nice. I tried making something identical except by changing the refire interval of the logic_timer so it went through every second, but the announcer became very annoying.

Yeah, I found the 2 second interval to be the sweet spot!
