When you need your crates to not only be crates, but show which team side you are on, look no more because here is the solution!
Featured in the upcoming map koth_sandstone!

Known problems:
Missing texture, on the nail, I don't know why it happens but enjoy it until I get around to fixing it (post sandstone release)

Hmm, I like the idea, but they seem off to me because so much wood grain shows through, looking like stained wood instead of painted. The entire thing being colored also seems odd.

Quick mockup... what about making just the main panels colored?

and also making it look more painted instead of colored wood.

Maybe try the reverse as well? Have the main part regular and the edges blue/red.

Crate has been updated! I fixed the missing texture issue, and decided not to go with adding extra borders, it looked ugly in my opinion, and a logo fits the art style better: Here is a link of what it looked like: https://www.dropbox.com/s/8oz4kj41nunntt5/blu crates.png

I think a little bit darker of a blue would be better. Less harsh. Those kind of pop out at you a lot I feel.
