I'm kureidosniper, and I've been playing TF2 since last semester. I'm quite new to mapmaking, so I was curious on which map type is the easiest to make.

You'll probably want to start out with a koth map. They are small, symmetric and the logics are easy to set up.

Arena requires the least amount of work entity wise, but KoTH is much more preferred for players and doesn't take much more effort.
