Hammer Problems

So, I'm working on a map for a friend. He has Hammer, (comes with TF2, no duh) but I'm making the map for him.

I made an update. (Trade map, added boxing ring, fixed some door and clipping bugs, nothing too major)

Nearly exact changelog-

Added boxing ring made out of brushes. (Glass textures) Teleport into the ring from your spawn. Deck it out, winner suicides. Will improve.

Fixed it so the door open buttons (For an alcove in the main room) keep the door open and toggle, rather than leaving the door open for a period of time.

Fixed some brushes having unclean transitions down a slanted-downward hallway.

I export and open in Hammer, and no changes have been made. It's like the version before, and like I haven't worked on it since last showing him.

Here's what we've done-

Rebooted Hammer
Rebooted My Computer
Gave him the .vmf, doesn't work. (Comes up with something from windows about a missing file)
Copypasta-ing the map into a new map file
Reupdating the first version (this was a map gonig into b3, just did the same stuff to b2, and didn't rename)
Deleted the mapfile for b2 from my tf2 folder

None of these worked. Any clues?

Thanks!

When this happens it's usually because of a fatal error in VBSP (the process that compiles the map itself) that's causing the compile to fail, and thus when it finishes and opens, it opens an old version.

Run your compile log through http://www.interlopers.net/errors it usually can explain what's wrong. If that doesn't work, post it here.

Thanks!

Through process of elimination, I've figured out the exact problem. For some reason the map doesn't like compiling the boxing ring. Weird.
