Now, for the future news/annoucements. It was brought up over in the general thread that maybe this event should happen twice a year. I like to host this event because I feel that it is a great way for new ideas and innovation to pop up in TF2Mapping. Not only that, but it's fun, gives people something quick to do and just generally keeps people active during down times. Both of these aspects are great and are why I truely love hosting and seeing this event happen every year.
With that being said, I have thought about it a bit. I am pleased to annouce that this December/January I will host the first ever 72hr HOLIDAY mapping competition. Be on the look out over the next few month for a preliminary post regarding some changes that I will be making for the competition.
Again, congratulations to the winners, and see you all again at the end of the year. (Okay, not really. It'll probably be more like 2 minutes from now, but you get the effect.)
