TF2 Plugin Help

Okay So i know theirs not a plugin Thread Place but i need help setting up plugins and menus, i know all about the out sourced menus creations but i need to create a separate !vip menu (to only group vips)
I created both menu and group and nothing works

Also i need to set up donations on the sever

any help would be appreciated

You haven't even mentioned what plugin you're running.

Is it some sourcemod thing?
