I had some ideas for model I thought I would share. I don't model but I thought if anybody would did, would agree these all fit very well into the TF2 theme.

Older gas stations I think fit very well into the theme as do the cement tower. There are definately not enough industrial type of vehicles in TF2. I carefully picked out pictures I thought followed the TF2 theme.

models: cement truck, cement tower, gas pump, gas can, cash register, tool truck, oil/gas truck, tow truck, vending machine.

please do, but I think that cement mixer in the first pic looks the best thing to model (along with the tall cement thingies)

I personally love the coke machines. They 'fit' so well I think.

I think all of them would be great but for sure the gas pumps and the cement stuff because that goes pefectly into the TF2 theme instantly! I personally like the tall cement tower and the cement mixer to the left but as for the cement truck, I like the yellow model better then the real truck in the picture. If textured just right, I think it would be better because it's not as detailed or totally realistic, which is what TF2 is to me. When I search for pics, I usally look up stuff from the 30's and 40's as the modern stuff just doesn't look like it fits in very much. The 30's junk usually is spot on.

I like rockets and laser beams and all that but really, the basis of TF2 to me was always the concrete vs the wood. There definately needs to be more model based on those two things.

I think the gas pump looks good, if not absolutely great. Still, since you said "was working on", I assume it's not finished. If he's still working on it, it does look very promising. =D

Those pics in the first post are great ideas for TF2 models, I'd love to see someone make a few of them.
