Map Maker needed

Hello, I'm looking for an experienced map maker willing to help out myself on behalf of my community. I run a series of TF2 servers, and our most popular is our idle server. As of right now, we're using achievement_idle_awesomebox9. It's a great map, but there's TOO much spawn camping.
