Looking for TF2 map maker willing to become an admin of a new community

Hello my name is Temioman I am owner of a community called mannclub link:http://steamcommunity.com/groups/Mannclubgaming
We currently have a server running a temporary map trade_shoppa_mc
I am looking for someone experienced in the community experienced in map making and someone who has done trading, is a normal trader trader or who is a big trader.
Our group need a custom trade map with these specifications:
Boxing arena
Spy crab arena
Skybox
Cool rooms e.g. Pool area

Remember this is more than just making a map it's being an admin as well.
But If you do not want to be an admin but you can still make the map that would be fine also
