Hello everyone.
I'm surprised nobody else has done this already (that I could find, anyway) but here is a noise overlay that valve uses for their introductory videos for their maps.
At the moment the pack is at version 1. All the details are inside the pack.
You must have After Effects to use this, but I will eventually create a pre-keyed and green screen version so you can use it in a more advanced NLE.
The instructions are included in README.txt.
