What I think could fit in TF2 is São Paulo's industrial zone (looks like some kind of trainyard with Sawmill ground) or Cubatão, a city whose local industry is basically petrol refinery and mining. It is also very near Mata Atlântica, which means someone would basically drop a mix of Gorge and Gravel Pit into Borneo theme.
Still, I live in São Paulo, I think Gus might have something that resembles TF2 near Curitiba.
Just what could fit.
I'm seriously thinking of São Paulo theme. It's kinda like someone dropped Well into Sawmill.
