New undocumented damage numbers option

What this will do is combine physically close together damage numbers. It works with all weapons and classes, but is noticed the most when playing pyro or heavy.

Instead of seeing multiple stacked 12's, they will each combine to a single floating number (and reset the timer so it dosn't disappear immediately).

This is beneficial because it enables you to more accurately determine how much damage you're doing, and it doesn't clutter the screen as much.

The fact that I main Pyro makes this really helpful. No 12-12-12-12-12-12-12-12-12. Now it's 36---36---36.

My favorite part about this update is that it made my tf2 keep validating itself over and over!

I had that once, all i did was validate the game trough game propeties and it hasn't validated since.

My favorite part about this update is that it made my tf2 keep validating itself over and over!

That's my favorite part about every TF2 update.

I actually find this more confusing as it's difficult to tell sometimes when batches have reset or are continuing, and the changing number, so adding damage becomes more difficult. Or for my eyes at least, is harder to track the rolling number than a couple 12's which are easily added to 100 ish or so on.

It works a little better in NS2 which i've been playing lately but players have less health so it only really serves as a better hit indicator than blood sprites.
