Some time ago, Schwa encouraged TF2maps to try out the 100 pushups challenge, but it seemingly died out within 4 weeks of the program.

Now i propose to you something different, to keep your hammerwielding arms in somewhat shape: The "push-a-post" challenge!

The challenge is so: Every time you make a new post on the forum, you do a (by yourself) predetermined exercise - like 5 pushups, or whatever fits your fitness level better :D

I will be a good example, and do 5 pullups after submitting this post.

Get sweating! :D

This should be retroactive, so that all our past posts count too! :p

5 Pushups about to commence...

I believe there are some people who would disapprove of that :p

Does that count all of my posts or just my posts past this point?

You can't just constantly exercise, you need relatively regular times and especially regular breaks

That said 5 pushups are also too few to count as exercise. Your muscles wouldn't profit from it any

I will do the "old" challenge over this (because I don't post much currently). Though currently I am quite pleased with myself as I just did the initial test for the push-ups and managed 30, I also decided to do the sit-up challenge that is available, garnering 45 sit-ups. Now all I have to do is control my food intake and I can kiss 20Lbs goodbye. :D
