1.) How can I select multiple objects and then copy and paste them all. I hate selecting one object, then trying to be precise and not make it bigger than the other one. It's such a hassle.

2.) How can I crate transparent glass? Like in most TF2 maps have class that you can see through. You know, like real glass.

Thanks, these are the only questions I have for now. I'm new to mapping.

1 - Hold CONTROL down while selecting the objects.
2 - Use a glass texture on the brush. Use 'glass' in the filter textbox of the texture browser and it should show up.

1 - Hold either CONTROL or SHIFT down while selecting them (can't remember which one since I don't have Hammer open at the moment).
2 - Use a glass texture on the brush. Use 'glass' in the filter textbox of the texture browser and it should show up.

Thank you! :)

The one you're most likely looking for is the one that looks like a square grid on a gray background. Valve does some tweaking to make it show up diagonal in the game that the doesn't show up in the texture browser.

How do you select many objects at once? I want to select an entire map section and CNTL clicking on every object is too tedious. Is there a way to select an entire area of objects?

To select entire map, click Edit>Select All
And if you want to select all objects in a specific area, use selection tool. Square the area on top and other screens and press enter. This will select all the objects in the area.
You can group multiple objects by pressing Ctrl+G. Once you do that, you can select the group by selecting one of group´s member unless the select type in the right-up corner is not "Group".
