Hallo, good sirs and madams. I happen to be a pretty big TF2 player, and have decided to attempt at making maps for fun. If anyone would care to post a few tips or tricks here, that'd be wonderful.

In what way are you a big player? Are you a long-time player? A famous comp player? A living in Japan? A little girthy? Or are you just big *wink wink*?

As for tips and tricks, https://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/Your_First_Map will get you started, our tutorial section has some good articles, other websites like interlopers have good general Source engine stuff and as always, the Valve developer wiki should be your bible.
