Jeez, those cliffs are so slanty I wanna barf. It's like the earth is melting. Not sure if this is good or bad.

Detailing belongs in the version you say it belongs in bro. If none of that is likely to change for gameplay reasons then it's fine!

By the way the Foundry whistle is huge, so if you use it please put it on a really, really massive building.

Yes those fences have been there since the very very early alpha builds and are temporary.

They're slanty because they're not cliffs, super slanty badlands:

I agree with yyler about the whistle, it's huge so put it on a HUGE building.
Also the details look great.

I also just realized that I have an overlay saying "NO DUMPING ALLOWED" and I have two dump trucks parked nearby

Also that whistle is going to be there as a placeholder until I get a nice gigantic building up, danke

That's TF2 logic, leave it. Look at all the doors that say TOP SECRET and then have a huge window into the room right next to it.

My favourite TF2-logic is the rodent control stations, either point down to a mouse hole, or a shovel.

Point 1 of my first map-ish thing. It's a lighthouse. Point 2 will be the courtyard of Red's base just beyond it.
Bad angle, but nyeh.
Also, screw lighting. That goes in later.

Oh, that is a nice model, yes. I may use it to replace the piece of crap I have now, depending on whether it fits on the stand or not, but for the final one I'd like to be able to use a more unique design.

The one I have now though is mainly for a sense of scale before a pretty one goes in later on.

EDIT: It's just a bit too small, but hey, it works.

Here is a little window on top that demomen can lop bombs through and demos, soldiers, engies, scouts, and detonator pyros can jump through.

I want a cat-flap-prop to put under the "Rodent Control" overlay.

You could just have a small door that opens on its own trigger (door is cat sized) that makes a noise and opens when people pass.
