Hi there , after 1 year not mapping i wanted to map again i got plenty ideas for a map which i started a year ago but when i opened hammer i realized that my files are on an old computer which HD is crashed from , i searched on my other computers and i luckely found my controlroom.bsp
i transferd the bsp to my new computer , downloaded VMEX but when i typed this in my cmd
Code:
vmex controlroom.bsp
this happend

:crying: i remember there was also an interface where you could choose the map by clicking "browse" but i dont remember how to execute the vmex.jar , can someone of you help me to let work vmex ?

Install Java, or if it is installed, check that the paths are set up right. Because DOS can't find it.

Have you tried just double clicking on the jar file, like what Albobo said.
