Weird ingame error

Hello, when I compile my map and play the textures flicker between visible and invisible when I walk around. I don't know why really, I thought it was too much brushes or props in a certain area at first. But when I deleted some (more than there were BEFORE this happend) it still kept happening.

Anyone has had this before?

Mnah, no model texture (its not the brightness flickering) or leaks (I didn't place it anywhere near the boundries of the skybox). It's really that invisible/visible thing. The invisible parts are not stationary, other textures switch between invis/vis when you move around.

This is how it looks, which is obviously wrong:

To be more accurate, its the brushes and props.. not just the textures I'm afraid (although I can't move through the brushes when they are invisible)

Mm no areaportals. Uhm, Im using prop_static's and overlays. (Not sure which one you meant)

looks to my like the engine does not know what to render when it seems. you don't happen to suffer from very long compile times (more then 45 mins)

not much more I can guess at, Im guessing you are not willingly to put up vmf from at least a part of the map that shows this?

how about a copy of your compile log
