Hi everybody! My Name is Niccolò, i'm from Italy and this is my first map!

it's a King of the hill map located in a small village made up of the village civil RED and BLUE industrial complex in the edge of a precipice of a mountain. this divided by a small main street.RED wants to rebel against the tyranny of the blue then the two teams have placed a number of barriers in the street main, to win this guerrilla one of the teams should be able to take control of the main road and then break forward!

The Reds are located outside of the precipice. are therefore more protected at the sides but have more open spaces. The Blues are just the tip of the cliff but they have more places inside so there are no surprises from the sky.

The basic structure of the RED / BLUE is the same.

for the time I finished doing the foundation of the whole map and I placed a little area RED To give an idea of their position. now I'll work on BLUE zone...

the rest you can see in the screenshots. be good since it's my first map xD and forgive me for my English >___>

any kind of criticism is accepted :p See Ya :D

I see a lot of props, you don't want to use props to break sightlines as it just lowers FPS overall.

also, it looks asymmetrical, which for a koth map is very uncommon.

props they use so much because I really like the style "Detailed" with many objects in the scene, if anything, to end the final review will take away from someone so out of place to increase performance

asymmetric in that exact spot? perhaps because it seems the blue base is to be completed.

Welcome! Good to see a new guy who has some idea of what hes doing :p

The middle area looks kinda bad. The sides seem too close together and you're definitely overdoing the barriers in the middle.

uhm it is true the central area is very bare except for the barriers, I think it is also near the two bases will take away a bit :)

I think the central area will have a drastic change :) But I do not know what to do ... thanks for the suggestions and tips ;)

The roof in the second screenshot is euugh. You should use a brush for that - it'll look much better.

Also I see a nasty stretched texture in the first screenshot (the brick wall on the left).

In the first screenshot the snow goes up to the edge and kind of stops, very abruptly, doesn't look very realistic at all. Try having an overlay on the wall underneath the snow, maybe use some of the icicle props, or have a little raised border - anything that means the displacement doesn't end at the edge.
