Looking for a Laptop specifically for Hammer

Hi All,

I am currently completing a major project using hammer as part of my year 12 studies, due to network restriction on available machines at school I am thinking of buying a laptop specifically for Hammer work (obviously word ect.. on the side and possibly some games, really only tf2/valve) but I am unsure what laptops/laptop is best suited. So any advice would be greatly appreciated. I apologize if this thread is in the wrong category.

I dont have a huge amount of money and live in Australia
also, I dont care about visual appeal of brand.
