ARENA vsh_stream_platform

There isn't an awful lot of Verus Saxton Hale specific maps, apart from most arena maps I guess, so I've been trying to make a few maps for it so it doesn't get too boring too quick as I enjoy playing it.

I'm too lazy to go editing this one now but if you wanna maybe give some advice I could use to make a better vsh map, I'd gratefully use it for the next one :O

Oh right. It might be fine for Arena too except I didn't make proper spawn rooms.
