This is a very basic map, influenced very heavily by 99x's arena_cow. That's a very old thread, just providing it to give credit where it's due.

Its a big field with a few hills and lots of cows. The map is symmetrical and very open, but the cows are there to provide cover. It's my first map, so I'll take any suggestions and criticisms anyone wants to give.

I'm also considering making a KOTH map with the same theme at some time in the future, but I'll probably be finishing up this version first.

Edit: Forgot to mention that yes, I did make a collision mesh for the cows, so bullets and movement are stopped by them (but you can shoot under them, which was a major complaint with the first map.) Thanks for the feedback.

Also, the train area is the skybox, so the map isn't totally open. I just haven't gotten around to resizeing a fence to put around the outside of the playable area yet.

I see nothing that resembles a rectangular cloth with crude stitching, let alone obese persons.

Jokes aside, this doesn't look like its going to play very well at all. Far to open, and incredibly gimmicky. I'm pretty positive those cows aren't going to stop anything short of nothing by the way, unless you added a simple "Block Bullets" texture applied to a simple brush around every cow. I think that's it. Try that. That is, if you haven't already.

Other than that, you failed to mention the trains.
The gloves are off sir.

imagine the fun spies would have...

Idea is good, but give the spawn areas some buildings (not train models) and more building-based cover, concentrating on the cow-infested CP.
