how do i fix this?

Well first, it's not even a map. Actually it's not even close to a map. I don't know what it is. If it were a map, you'd just have weird textures or maybe a leak. Possibly some weird t-junct error. But again this isn't a map, and I can't say I know why you are pretending it is a map at all. You have posted on a mapping site in the mapping forum and asked for help on what someone might assume is a map. But we know it is not a map. Your charlatanry is unmasked the moment it debuts.

Did you really think you could fool us? We, who have made so many maps? So many full featured masterworks and a thousand more aborted half-thoughts? Did you think we would assume you'd discovered some form of advanced mapping? Because I can tell you: we know what advanced mapping looks like, and it isn't this. It looks kind of like peanut butter, a chaotic hubbub. It does not look like this.

I am not even mad though. I'm just disappointed. Why try to fool us? Why rope us in only to break our hearts? A futile endeavor. A terrible purpose. A dark cause. Shame on you.

Does this happen every time you play the game, or just on a certain map or something?

All I can really say it it might be a problem with your graphics card or game settings.

If it's just at the loadout screen, you might just have to get used to it, mine usually screws up. But is it happening in other places too?

Speaking of missing models. It happens alot to many people. to me from time to time, and to others in game. they, and I, will only see hats and weapons floating around. I had one guy once see me or rather not see me at all. my entire team and other players could see me fine, but he saw nothing. Its a pretty nasty bug that has been around for a few months though.

Definitely not a mapping question.

If you use custom skins, the missing model bug along with the custom skins can cause this.

If it was the graphics card, it wouldn't just be that model, it'd be elsewhere.
