how do we once we got the map play it in tf2?

You paste it in it's respective folder? Like if you have a map, you go to the "tf" folder and then paste it in the "map" folder. For weapons, not 100% sure, but it should be fairly obvious. Basically, all user creted content goes in the C:/Program Files/Steam/SteamApps/Username/Team Fortress 2/tf/(associated folder).

Copy the .bsp into the maps folder in the tf folder.

1. Compile/Download a map
2. Paste the .bsp into your Steam/steamapps/username/team fortress 2/tf/maps folder (unnecessary if you did a compile with the copy file setting [default compile])
3. Launch TF2
4. Open console ~, type map mapname
