Hammer has no Textures?

Everything shows up as shaded grayness even though I have it set to show textures in the 3D view. If I examine a face with the texture tool, it tells me that it has a name, but a little black thumbnail with the text "No image" in the top left. I'm assuming this problem is because I moved all my Steams to an external hard drive, and Hammer had a tough time with the move. If I re-install hammer, things should get better, yes?

No, I know it was TF2. I think it just needs a re-install.
