Help with bullet block

Hello.

Im working on a map and i wanted to prevent the opposite team from shooting into the other teams base. Obviously i used the blockbullets texture but its solid to player and i cant find a way to make it so its not solid to players but still blocks bullets.

Would be great if someone could help :)

all i can imagine right now is a soldier with rockets exploding in his face for no reasons
...and hovering stickies
a wall that is solid only to bullets is only going to be frustrating at best.
that's why they don't exist, as far as I know.
there's probably a workaround but whatever you do, make sure your game design is good before implementing this kind of stuff

you could use a func_brush as long as you don'y want people to walk thruogh it.

I don't see why you can't just use a door. Opens when a player is walking through, closes and stops bullets when they aren't standing where they'd get hit anyways.

If someone is griefing and holds the door open, well, there is no amount of map design that can improve the players.
