Need help with Ideas for a item test alternate map

I'm new here so sorry if this is in the wrong place or anything.

I recently started making a new map for TF2 based on my recent experiance with the valve map itemtest, I found it small and cramped and, well, I posted something on SPUF but after weeks nobody had replied to me so I will just copy and past this in here
One day while in TF2 beta I was testing the new pyro flare gun and well, I realized something, the roof was to low, and then I went on to soilder and then I started to test them, I found it hard to attack a bot and not take the blast damage because I was a little bit to close, either way, I know people might think that the item test map is for testing your custom hats and weapons etc etc BUT I want to create a map that is overall better and can be used for more purposes, so I ask you what do you think the problems are and how should I fix them in a new map (ideas maybe something like a dispenser that re spawns on death ) and I will make a map in hammer, I know there are other maps out their already but I would like to make my own map just for the reasons you say below, so who is with me and would like to create and overall better experience for the people who would like to use the item test map for what ever they need to use it for even if it wasn't its original purpose.
Please list ideas for what I should put in my map and I will try my best to make it.

TL;DR I am making a new map as a well, not replacement but alternate to the current item test map and I need ideas on how to improve the current map.

Also I will try to put in a green screen room or something similar so that the modelers who would like to test there models in game find it easier to remove the backgrounder if they need to or what ever else they would need to use it for.
I hope you like my map idea and would assist in helping me by giving me ideas.
