Site Lag

One thing that might be cause this right now, is that the contest map pack on the contest page is on the TF2M site server, so maybe that will aid to the lag, but not sure.
I'm also not being able to see the "Recently updated" threads. It says that some have been updated, but when I click on it, it says there is none :/
I've have been having similar 10-20-30 second wait times seemingly at random when browsing for the past month or so. But due to my obvious inactivity 'round these parts it hasn't bothered me enough to start a thread. Just thought I'd add that it absolutely has nothing to do with traffic from the blog/contest.

That's exactly what I'm talking about, been going on for a while. However I might also add that since drp's post the site is very responsive, so whatever you did I thank you for it.

Yea, i've been having this issue since weeks before the contest/blog post. I assumed it was just my ISP being shitty, but then i havn't really had any issues with other sites.
The amount of double posts i've made... despite the 15 second wait between posts the lag that delays even more than those 15 seconds causes the second post to be made regardless.
