The pit around the point seemed a bit weird. Either make it a real pit (as in, deathtrap) or make it a ramp so you can walk in and out of it.
Also, the spawn doors are a bit slow, I ran into them a lot of times as a scout.
And the sentry position Rexy had could be imbalanced. I think there are good spots for a demoman to take it out but the rockets do hit you hard because of all the walls around it.
