So is this project dead in the water then? If youre still interested in updating it, make it run on medieval mode, so winning duelists can get the health bottle drop to stop the burn/bleeding effect

This idea sounds awesome, especially with medieval mode set on.

I haven't given up on the map. A new version exists on my computer but very little has been changed and I don't consider it enough to warrant a new release yet. In fact, there has only been one new weapon added since the release of the sixth beta that needs to be blocked by the map.

When medieval mode first came out I was thinking of altering the map to use it. I'm concerned, however, with some of the weapons it allows. Using the Huntsman or the Crossbow in the chambers doesn't sound like it'd be much fun, especially to those who only want to use melee weapons. If the map was changed to use it, I'd almost certainly block them manually. It's definitely an interesting idea, though, so I'll keep it in mind.

You can still strip weapons with medieval mode on, the only difference being the game handles most of it for you. :)

The seventh beta is now out. The map has been updated to support the latest weapons and lighting has been improved.
