Tempted, for £2.50

EDIT: OK so i actually got this and in fact i noticed Rexy playing it earlier too. Is there some kinda multiplayer where we can lonk up our cities and trade for profit or something maybe?

Though i probably wont be playing for at least another week, my uni deadline being next Thursday.

EDIT2: OK tha's weird, this game is starting to show polygon artifacts, a sympton of a damaged or over heated card, even though it's running at 35 degrees C. No other games do this, not even TF2.

It may be because its an old game, I've seen weird things (similiar to that) happen to me when I try booting up a game that was from the '90s on a comp with w7.

Well i updated my driver and it seems to be more stable.

Anyway, i kinda like these types of games but i'm so used to games like SC2, TF or KF where games last 5-20/30 minutes that waiting 3 hours before the game really picks up was kind of a bother. You have to scrape for every dollar in terms of annual income, but after 2-3 hours of gameplay and you start building more tier 2 industry/residential areas i've started profiting at the 1k mark per month and have tier 3 residential going up right before i saved and quit.

I've learned to hate the new Sim Cities. I remember i used to have to unlock/learn all the buildings now it seems that everything is available so long as you can afford them. what crap.

It's all relative, DJive. Special buildings cost a monthly maintenance. If you don't have the income and profit relative to your city size and the significance of the landmark, you can't afford to keep said landmark.
