Not looking too bad, its looks open in the later screenshots.
For the last screenshot you can turn the fog off by typing into the console "fog enable 0 ; fog override 1" I believe.

map looks good, but name labs and laboratory has been taken! Well, The map has nothing to look like a lab.. like some lab secret entrance.. but I might be wrong, because I'm judging by the screenshots and not for the map..
