You have both a .bsp.bz2 and a .bsp packed into the archive file. This is redundant because the .bsp.bz2 contains the .bsp file.

Your .bsp is 24 MB, and zipping it puts it to 12 MB, but since you saved it in the archive twice, the archive itself is 24 MB, which doesn't save us any download time.

Also, could you please include screenshots of your map on the download page if not in the compressed archive? Thank you. :0)

Screenshots are now added.

The .bz2 should give in-game players a quicker download. I think some server admins don't bother creating the .bz2 file themselves, so I've gone ahead and included it here. I know including the .bz2 increases the website download size, but I'm more concerned about quick downloads for in-game players.

Also, I'd love to hear any feedback you have! The discussion thread is here: http://forums.tf2maps.net/showthread.php?t=1902

What Corion is saying is IN the .bz2 IS the .bsp. So packaging it like this.

mapname.bsp.bz2
mapname.bsp

is just including the .bsp twice, which is hurting the filesize, redundant =)

Remove the .bsp as its already in the bz2

I don't claim to have invested a whole lot of time in deciding to include both the .bsp and .bz2 in the website download, but I did have a brief thought that sufficed for a reason at the time. :)

Some non-admin players might not have a utility to manually decompress .bz2 files. Most probably do, some maybe don't. Some non-admin players might not even realize they have to decompress the .bz2 file themselves. (As you know, when they download the .bz2 in-game, the game engine will decompress it for them, but if they just stick a .bz2 file in their /maps directory, it won't do a thing for them.)

I'd rather include both the .bsp for players and the .bz2 for server admins as a convenience, at the expense of the website download size, which I don't think is that big of a concern to either of them, at least not nearly as big a concern as the in-game download size. The in-game download size is as small as I know how to make it.

Anyway, aside from distribution differences, what do you think of the map?
