gravity setup to walk on walls?

i watched this famous tf2 inception movie

and really want to know how to make characters walk on walls like they do in the film 0:30~0:35


there is also a problem.
can i spin my camera like that at 0:28?



because i know that the gravity only affect up and down.
is that a new feature of source engine?

after watching 0:39
the only way i come up with is to recreate a map/modified existing maps with the wall u want to stand on as the ground.

I dont think you can without hacking the Source engine code (and thus the physics engine code)...

I've looked into it, I want to try and make an MC Echer map (the guy with the weird stairways picture)..

EDIT: Its not all Gmod, its just manipulated spawn points and a rotated/modified map.

Yes, with few tools, or you can use greenscreen map to film someone walking, then use some video editing tools, but the first option is easier.

so i rotate the map to the angle i want and then they can walk on anything!! XD


i also notice that he can spin his camera almost 360 degree...watch 0:30
anyone know how to do that?

It's already done...

Excuse me but they've already done wall walking and any surface walking on the Source Engine.

Sadly, this mod is already abandoned. I wanted to talk to him about making a planetoid map where you can walk around a mini planet's surface in a seamless map that has no ends. Sort of like how Mario has little planets he goes on.
