Good feedback plugin is good!
Layout is good, turn red spawn around and it'll work, maybe give reds a bit of a hand getting into the blue point building, while I found it was super easy to get on the red point, it was very hard to get on the blue point. Of course, that might be the aim of that one, as both teams can shoot onto the point, but it's not as fun being cannon fodder on blue's cp as it is capturing red's.

Thanks for the feedback, i'm thinking of redoing the whole thing from scratch again, but only 3/4th the size. A lot of the buildings and paths are completely out of proportion.

And what's wrong with that last picture godslayer? Apart from the sitting demoman enjoying the nice view?

A nice map to play on, but You could open it abit more as players are kinda funneled and teams mostly keep to their areas like in 2fort. Also there is this :

Blu seemed to have the advantage, locking red completely into their own point. Mostly this was because Blu had far easier acess to the high ground. Red also had a harder route to their own point than i think Blu had. Maybe rotating the staircase so it's mostly on Red's side would help, or placing a staircase at the base of the pipe?

Red had defending so hard no counter-push to get throught the solid blu defence.

I really liked the map but red point is horrible, it is dominated by snipers and really easy to defend, the hill needs to be smaller and area around it needs cover.

There needs to be more hiding spots for spies and medics on the hill point, maybe a rock or 2, it really is dominated by heavies.

Midnight is.. kinda dead I guess :)

I released a new version yesterday!

tc_greatplains_a2
Download it here: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/642432/tc_greatplains_a2.bsp.bz2

Changes?
- Changed the mid section quite a bit to get rid of some huge sightlines.
- Made the Great Haypile smaller and less tall.
- Red spawn is now closer to the point.
- Some other tweaks.

Have specific feedback? You can always post here too:
http://feedback.tf2maps.net/map/tc_greatplains_a2/

I will update the pictures if I make the other areas.

we talked a little bit about how blue could see all of the entrances that red uses to get into the point, and how i thought it was a bit concerning. i was thinking about it at school and the reason why i was thinking that was because red can't really sneak into the base, its important for red to be able to do that, because otherwise medics will have a hard time getting into the building before their ubercharge is about out because they will have to pop it early to get around the building and through the doors.

The wall next to blu's point is fine for this round, but will cause trouble in rounds based on coming throught the door opposite the machinery: people cant actually see the point from there, and having to move around it might annoy them. Maybe making it glass would help? Or having the whole point rotate 180 degrees for that round?

This probably should get moved into normal maps section as you are not part of the contest anymore.
