KoTH Point Unlock Time

Is there a CVAR command for changing a KoTH map point unlock time?
Or must the map be edited in order to change the time?
(I'm referring the time before the point unlocks and allows teams to capture the point)

KOTH cap unlock times are determined by the map, no server cvars are involved. To change an unlock time, you need to edit the map.

You wouldn't happen to be able to have a tutorial as to how to change the point unlock times?
I'm pretty new to this map thing and I'm clueless as to what to do.

If you you're using Boojum's Ultimate Resource Pack, opening the tf_logic_koth entity and changing the "Control Point Delay" will set it (in seconds).

Dunno how to change it if you're not using it.

Actually, it should be possible by modifying a few keyvalues. You can do it from the console but it will require cheats.

EDIT:

It might also require that you know the ID of the tf_logic_koth entity in the map.
