i'm not a great person when it comes to computer technology. i cant change the map on the dedicated server tool for tf2. the only map i can play is the cp_dustbowl... it doesnt let me select anything else and i want to be able to play the cp_starship_b3 but i cant select it. i dont know where the "Root install file" of tf2 is. so i cant find the maplist.txt file. so i want to be able to make a dedicated server for the star ship. but i cant do that without being able to select the map. can someone help me in a lot of detail. because i dont know where the " root install file of tf2" is. i also have windows 7 that might be why :unsure:

and btw. the reason i'm trying to get a dedicated server is that seems to be the only way to be able to play one on one with my friend. because everytime he trys to join it says its not responding. although i'm in the game. is there another way i can play with him one on one besides doing a dedicated server?
now it says steam validation rejected?
