Gap around window model

How do i create a brush to fill in these gaps?
The model is models/props_2fort/window007.mdl
I looked in the valve maps but couldn't find this particular model used anywhere.

This is why I wish Valve would get on the ball and make the rest of their source files available. But in the meantime, we have decompilers. Here's what the brushwork around the window looks like on Well:

That's on a one-unit grid. (Yikes.) The green represents the brushwork around the window — the outer arc is on the outside, the inner one is on the inside, and the bottom of the window sits flush with the second-from bottom green line, with a lip of five units out towards the outside. (And the turquoise line is the glass.)

Good lord, why don't Valve make their models fit to the grid? It doesn't just make it more difficult for custom mappers to use some of the models, but it makes it more difficult for the OFFICIAL mappers to use the models. It's just mind-boggling that they'd make things more difficult like that.
