Suicide Barrels Gamemode set up?

Alright, I know, not TF2 related.

But I'm curious as to how suicide barrels on GMoD is set up, my friend wants me to make him some more maps for it, but I don't know how to set up the gamemode...

Anyone got a prefab, guide, tut for it?
