As some of you may know it is annoying to see posts saying 'BUMP' and so i thought that maybe we should have a button that the owner of the thread can press to bump the thread.
Bumping without content has never made sense on any forum, ever. If you're not getting replies, no one cares, or no one knows an answer. The word "bump" doesn't make people start caring or realize an answer, and I don't see how removing the word from the process will change anything.
I think bumps for feedback can be justified since people easily can leave a test and then forget about the map they just tested. Seeing the thread in the "new posts" list might remind them that they had something important to say.
Then again, I'm not keeping track of how many people actually do get reminded by feedback bumps.
However, what could justify it furthermore is if the mapper leaves some questions for the people who playtested. That makes it a bump with content, which in my opinion is fine behavior on forums.
