Orange and grey textures

Complete noob question here; I was looking around at tutorials on how to make maps for TF2, and found a link to snipergen's mapping tutorial for TF2 on the Steam forums.
In it, he links to a picture of a map in progress, looking like this. Now, I wonder what those textures are named, because I can't find them in Hammer. I've also seen maps using the same textures but in white. It would be much easier to make maps using these textures, because of how clean they are. Anyone who can help?

Ah. I couldn't find them because I had "tf" as keyword. Without keywords I found them. Thanks guys!
