Next on your to-learn list:
  1. Naming etiquette - Every map name must be unique (thats an absolute must - causes major problems otherwise) and its better to use a new name if someone else has made cp_tower and you want ctf_tower to avoid confusion.
  2. Lighting (the light and light_spot and light_environment entities)
  3. Props (prop_static for things that don't move or change, prop_dynamic for things that have animations or change skin [like signs that change colour] and prop_physics_multiplayer for things that are effected by gunshots/explosions...[like warning cones or cans])
  4. Displacements (so your ground looks a bit more natural)
  5. Gameplay knowhow (looks like your map will be dominated by the sniper, which is bad - you need to think up clever areas that provide advantages[equally] to each class)
