Posting a trading request will be done over at http://mannconomy.com (if the site doesnt work, it should soon)

I've setup a quick forum to help people find others that are willing to trade their items.

It will be nice to have a central place to find others willing to trade their stuff. I personally am not a fan of how the trading system was implemented, but I have faith in almighty Valve.

If that forum does start getting popular, I'll be looking for moderators. And i'll be choosing people from here.

You should add to the rules that you only accept ingame for ingame, no money, kideys or children will be allowed.

But since you didn't outlaw it here yet, if anyone has any large sums of money they want to part with, I'm happy to trade a community weapon ;);););)

Sounds like a good idea, did you think of adding a feedback system to find good/bad traders? That could work nicely.

it's not like they can pull out at the last minute and trade you something you didn't want, If anyone changes the items in their trade bin, it unreadies both people automatically. so there is no chance (unless the person is retarded) of getting duped.

@YM: I was talking more about people who back out at the last second or never show up for a trade.

I'm not getting a confirmation e-mail at all from mannconomy.com. No it's not in my spam box.
