For my Artpass submission, I did a map with a bunch of custom models, pakratted them manually, and now I'm testing my bsp and none of them are showing up.

Does anyone have a hint as to how to get this thing to work?

I'm seriously considering just zipping up my tf2 folder and submitting that.

Have you tried PackBSP just to see if that yields better results?

In my experience, with either program, it should at least find most of the custom content.
